Dexavet™ Injection is a corticosteroid (glucocorticoids) for systemic veterinary use where the glucocorticoids anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, immunosuppressive or glucogenic effects are desired in cattle, pigs, horses, dogs and cats. Dexamethasone act’s by suppressing the inflammatory process through numerous pathways including interacting with specifc intracellular receptor proteins in target tissues to alter the expression of corticosteroid-responsive genes.
